Wilshire West Apartments

We would like to respond to the complaint submitted by one of our tenants. We took over this property on November the resident had a pending balance which is a summary of past dues for rents, utilities and late fee etc. We had to contact the previous management to clarify his account
They forwarded his ledger, we discovered during the audit he still owes money. You will see the results of the audit attached to this email. We try to make contact with this resident so we can make a payment plan but he would never responded to our emails. Now, we filed an eviction and now he contacted us to complain about the inaccuracy of the books. I sent him the same ledger that I am including in this email. He is aware and unfortunately we can’t do anything else. We cannot let him stay in the unit because he never pays on time or skips the rents in a few occasions in the past I am sure he is upset because this is a bad position for him. Unfortunately, the previous management did not took care of this on time and this is the results of not taking action
