To Whom It May Concern:

I was a part of a class action law suit that was filed by Wilshire Law Firm. The suit was settled. And in 2018 a representative from Wilshire Law Firm informed me that my check will be sent in the mail and needed to update my address.And since then, theres been a lot of phone calls from me & lots of excuses from the Firm.I have been assigned several case workers/Paralegals but still unresolved.This is unsual hence I am filling a complaint against Wilshire Law Firm because they have failed to promptly distribute the settlement funds.Please help me to intervene & resolve this situation by getting my check from Wilshire Law Firm.
