I really appreciated the thoroughness and quality of work the [redacted] and his crew did with the seismic retrofit of my 98 year old house. [redacted] created drawings that I could follow and understand and spent a lot of time talking with me to make sure I did know what he and his crew were planning to do. His estimate for the project was lower than the others that I received and was more comprehensive.

[redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] were friendly, kept the area clean and secure, took photos for me so that I would have a record of before and all the work that they did, and did a few extra
projects that came up as they were working.

I recommend Willson/Bailey Construction highly and plan to use them for other projects that I have pending.
