Will's Social Bistro & Lounge

I was there on January 31,2016 with my co-worker, I went to the bar to buy my co-worker and I a drink which priced at $9.00. I left the bar to dance and mingle, another one of my co-workers just arrived so I went to the bar to buy him a drink as well, doing the time I purchase the drink I realize the owner [redacted] never return my bank card to me, when I went to retrieve my bank card the bar was to busy with customers so I went to the restroom feeling sick from one drink, I stayed in the restroom until closing when one of my friends came to keep me letting me know they're about to close, I told my co-worker to go get my bank card from the bar which was never giving back to me, my co-worker came back with my bank card then we exit the building. Later on that morning I was looking at my bank statement on line and realize that my bank card was charged over $700.00 that night without my authorization. I spoke with the owner [redacted], then did I find out that he was the bartender that kept my bank card, he said he was going to look into the matter and give me a return phone call with the promise that he was going to refund my money. I never received a call Mr. [redacted] which lead me to believe that he was scamming my card while I was in the restroom. I have filed a police report, waiting to hear back from them.
