Willow Mist Boutique

Review: On August 7, 2013 I entered into an agreement with a new consignment store in Latrobe called Willow MIst Boutique. The signed agreement states that the shop will sell my hand crafted items in exchange for a monthly rent fee. After the items have been sold I will receive a check by the 5th of the month following the sale of my items. I sold items in Novemeber 2013 and December 2013 totaling $290.00 and I have not been paid for these items. I Contacted the shop owner on number occasions over the phone, in emails and in person and each time was reassured a check would be for coming. Now, she is avoiding my calls and messages all together but still accepting new artists to consign to her shop. I know of at least one more artist that had a hard time getting paid but they finally settled their issue.Desired Settlement: I would like to be paid for the items she sold in her store. I paid my rent on time and she sold my items and kept the money.
