Unfortunate misunderstanding. In my conversation with [redacted] regarding the king size comforter that we cleaned, I was under the impression from what [redacted] was saying that she was expecting us to replace the comforter....

I stated that we wouldn't be willing to do that because the comforter had a rip prior to cleaning, which we did not believe happened as a result of handling or cleaning at Willow Cleaners. I do not recall [redacted] requesting a refund for the cleaning price at any time in our conversation. We would be happy to not only refund the cost of the cleaning ($39.96) but in fact issue an equal amount, in good faith, of credit to their account here at Willow Cleaners. (Totaling $79.92= $39.96 refund in cash or check, and $39.96 in store credit.) We apologize for the misunderstanding and any inconvenience that this may have caused, and look forward to serving you in the future.
