Review: advertizment gave impression your back problems would be healed, but that was not the case.
I called the number on tv, they refered me to a doctor in st George, Dr [redacted] for back problems, the tv ad gave off the impression that your back would be healed, I am still in so much pain and left with a $3000 credit card bill. I was told that at the end of my session that I was required to have additional treatments which cost me more money. I didn't go to the additional treatments because the first 12 didn't work. I was to have adjustments with the doctor and I only saw him once while doing my treatments. At the end of my treatments I was supposed to have more xrays but that didn't happen. I am in more pain now than I was before. Desired Settlement: I fill I didn't get what I was promised, free from back pain. I think they should reimburse at least half the payment to the credit card company, and reinburst for the $285 dollars that services weren't provided.

Our patient seen a commercial that represented another office. She was then referred to our office due to location.
Our office never claimed to completely heal but rather improve the symptoms she was experiencing. Based upon chart notes the patient was responding well and at no point stated the treatments were not helping. At the end of treatment the patient was feeling better and opted into entering a maintenance program that would keep her condition improving. This program was offered to her after meeting with our office doctor and deciding it was the best route to take based on her specific situation.
The patient never used the maintenance program and I have no chart notes requesting a refund nor requesting time with the doctor.
The doctor has since spoken to the patient to inquire about her dissatisfaction and the complaint has been resolved. All unused treatments were immediately refunded and the patient plans to pursue further treatment if she feels they are necessary.
