dead bolted from inside. Pest control was rescheduled again on 4-06-2017 and resident was advised by phone. On 4-6-2017 pest control went to unit and advised resident that due to the infestation a complete cleanout was needed to treat the infestation and was given a cleanout treatment checklist so they could be prepared for 4-13-2017 treatment. On 4-13-2017 pest control went to treat the unit and resident had not done anything to prepare for this. Office called resident and advised her treatment was rescheduled for 4-20-2017. On 4-20-2017 pest control went again and resident had not done anything to prepare for treatment. At this time she was issued a lease violation and a charge of $25.00. On her lease violation it stated she was rescheduled for 4-27-2017.On 4-27-2017  resident was prepared for the treatment and her unit was treated.
