Willoughby Hearing

Mr *** was dispensed two in the ear hearing aids in December of 2014, Per Mr *** request he wanted to try something smaller than he was previously wearing, BTEs vs CICs
The CICs of today have more power or volume than Mr *** hearing evaluation shows he would ever need His
settings at delivery were 106/16/21 the hearing aids are able to much moreup to
115/45/ Upon delivery Mr *** was verified at 80% discrim, That is all Mr *** is able to discrim per his evaluation test scoresThat was carefully explained at time of delivery and he was happy with that
The issue facing us today is that Mr *** is not able to make his service appointments, he has missed last three appointmentsWhen we contact him he says this is not a good time please call back in two weeks
We believe that the instruments are in severe need of service to be working like designed We were not aware of any issues of Mr *** not being hearing as well as he should be or as well as he is able
We would like to see him in office however we have called with no responseHe mentions that from the start he could not hear with them, However we do have test results showing a big improvement with or without H/As
I truly believe if we could find time for Mr *** to visit us in the clinic we could resolve any and all issues
