Mr. [redacted], We will look into this right away and see what we can do to help. - Erin S.

I am sending am email to attach further documentation for my position in this case. They have offered me 50% for the damages caused by their insured, but I am requiring 100%. I will not accept...

any other offer due to my evidence showing who is truly at fault (their insured). See attached items, which should two photos photos. My vehicle has the title [redacted] 1 and 2, and their insured's is [redacted] 1 and 2. One last thing, while he told his insurance my car ran into his, he told the officer my car was in his blind spot and he did not see my car when he backed into it. This is why this is a word versus word situation. However the witness statement will show you my vehicle was parked and he was talking to the driver. Thank you for your time and your help, it has been 5 months and I just want my vehicle fixed with integrity. I will send another email with the accident report, witness statement, two more photos and police report because it says my email is too large to send with them included in this message.[redacted]

Hello, It is my understanding that the claims supervisor has attempted to contact the claimant. The claims team will continue to attempt to reach him.Thank you.

it has been many days without communication from the claims department. Their response is to wait some more for someone to contact me. I have waited long enough. The...

response I want is that they have given [redacted] the okay to repair the car. There are too many complications on the Insurance Company's side. Just fix my vehicle that your insured wrecked. Take the rest up with the insured.
Regards, [redacted]

Your correspondence of September 23,2015, related to a supplementary complaint filed by [redacted],has been forwarded to my attention. You will recall this involves a liability claim being presented by Mr. [redacted] for an automobileaccident he had with our policy holder. The vehicle portion of the claim was finalized by March 17,2015.Liability injury claims are settled in one lump sum in exchange for a Release of the claim against thepolicyholder. Conduct of an Insurance company in the handling of these matters would be overseen byThe Department of Insurance of the involved state. Mr. [redacted] filed a complaint with The Departmentof Insurance and a detailed chronology and support of the facts was attached. It is my understanding hewill be provided with a copy of that file.State Auto's position is being reiterated in a response directly to Mr. [redacted] (see attached). At the present time, for the reasons stated above, we cannot comment further.

I am responding to the above inquiry from Mr. [redacted]  I contacted Mr. [redacted] of the [redacted] Insurance Agency in regards to the cancellation of [redacted]’s auto policy.  Here is Mr. [redacted]’s email:Hi [redacted]: Mr. T[redacted] advised me to cancel the policy whenever he would have...

a policy issued in his name but when I requested his information he did not give it although he was well aware the policy had to be changed/cancelled, but said he would call us back with his information. I am cancelling the policy now but was never told to do so by Mr. [redacted], he just demanded his bank overcharge be reimbursed since the money was not in his account. Since Mrs [redacted] has passed there is no way to get the policy signed by the policy owner. The policy is cancelled as of 11/13/2015. Thank you,Scott [redacted]Scott [redacted] Insurance AgencyWith the policy being cancelled effective 11/13/15 there is a $59.83 balance due which we have invoiced for due by 12/6/15.  However Mr. [redacted] advises that he has sent a ‘loss policy release’ for Mr. [redacted] to sign and return to have the policy cancelled prior to 11/13/15.  Also Mr. [redacted] will need to provide proof of other coverage in order to have the cancellation date backdated.  If he would like to discuss the cancellation date, please have him call Mr. [redacted] at the above phone number. As far as Mr. [redacted] requesting reimbursement of bank fees, State Auto won’t be paying those fees because the policy was still active.  This policy has been paid monthly by EFT (electric funds transfer) since inception in 2014.  State Auto had not been advised to stop the EFT deductions until Mr. [redacted] called us on 11/16/15.  We did stop future EFT deductions per Mr. [redacted]s request on 11/16/15 and changed the policy to monthly direct bill. Please let me know if you have further billing questions on this policy.  Thank you  Kate B[redacted]

Today on March 13 I sent out a letter to the supervisor [redacted]. Within the letter was the check which I sent back until we settle the matter. I also included the letter she wrote to me saying they have hired a independent claims adjuster. On Tuesday March 10 my driver and the insured met with the claims adjuster and State Auto has received the photographs from the accident. This is the latest update. The case is not yet settled but heading in a better direction. Finally! Thank you for your help this far and I hope it gets settled soon.
