We ordered 4 of the hinges that stated quantity 3 on the web site. total 12 ordered. they confirmed quantity (3X4) 12 on the invoice. then I only received quantity 4. They claimed that the web site was wrong and only quantity 1 not three per line item. I corresponded with them but they say too bad, web site and invoice was wrong we will not honor the purchase.Product_Or_Service: Pintle Strap Hinge (3 Lengths) Order_Number: 849Desired SettlementI would like them to honor the invoice and ship the other 8 straps.Business Response I explained in an email sent to [redacted] on August 6th, this is the first time we have ever had a customer assume that our pintle hinge straps were packaged in sets of 3 based on a description of "3 lengths" (14", 22" and 30"). I explained that our prices have not been raised since 2011 and that we could not send him 9 straps (priced at $47.50 each) for free (since he ordered 3 instead of 12). At the time, I offered to have him return the order and I sent him another email today confirming that we will issue him a full refund of money he paid upon receipt of the merchandise. Please let me know if this does not resolve the issue. (I have owned this business since 1981 but have never before had a customer complain to the Revdex.com).
