So these guys were on a rotation for *** PD and picked up my car after I had a wreck. I went to sign their release statement and told the young lady in the office where the vehicle had to go. After retrieving my backpack out of my vehicle one of the 3 guys standing around proceeded to tell me that my vehicle would not be delivered today because it was too cold. I told him I would let the collision center and insurance know. By 12:00pm the next day my vehicle had not been delivered to the body shop. I called to ask why and let the woman know she was keeping my car unnecessarily. She stated that she would not be delivering my car because of my attitude.
Do yourself a favor and don't use this service or you will get the kind of customer service I did!

This company does not deserve Revdex.com acredation, in my 35 plus years of having vehicles towed, this is my worst experience. The owner treated me like dirt, I was accused of lying, tho I KNOW I was lied to. DO NOT use this company. They deserve 0 stars.
