Williams Transfer and Storage

We moved with Williams Transfer back in September of 2017. We paid them for two months of storage up front and we were told that we would get refunded for whatever time we did not use. We only ended up using one months worth of storage and we have still not been reimbursed the second months storage fee.
We also paid for the movers to unbox all of our belongings/ moving boxes ahead of time but when they delivered after having damaged so much of our property we asked them to just leave the boxes alone and to not unpack them.

The others more pressing issue we have is with damages that was done to our property upon delivery of all of our furiniture. Most of the damage was done to our wooden floors with deep scratches and dents, they busted up the door frame to one of our door ways. Chipped and dented the steps on our stairs. Damaged our walls and ceilings. We submitted our claim mid November and they sent someone out to inspect all of the initial damages in December 15, 2017. The person in charge of handling my claim *** has been giving me the run around for months. She has been terrible at keeping up communication and now It has been over 6months since the claim has been initiated and there still is no resolution.
