I am rejecting this response because: Once again, pertinent facts were left out which reflect the condescending and cavalier attitude toward customer service as evidenced by the 9 month duration as reported earlier. There was no point in making a site visit because RoofCrafters failed to respond for 3 days, while water was pouring into my closet. State Farm even tried to contact them on my behalf and has repeatedly advised them, that they are in the wrong on this matter. I had no choice but to have the damage mitigated and repairs performed by another firm, who provides customer service as opposed to excuses. I have a entire folder of them(excuses)throughout the duration of this project.
