Wow-what an awesome experienceI tried calling several different plumbers in the Norwalk area to service my father's furnanceI was able to get in contact with someone on the first tryThe company was very professional, responsive and fair with pricingThe company even came out in a winter storm to analyze my father's furnance without increasing the consultation chargeLastly, the company came out on a follow up visit to complete the job (since we had to order a part)Needless to say, my dad's furnance works perfectly
