Williams Pest Control

This is my first complaint with the Revdex.com.

I am troubled with roaches and fleas. I have an ancient house cat who never leaves our bedroom. Somehow she contracted a bout with fleas. Then there is the ongoing problem with roaches. I called Williams Pest Control of Mabank, Texas to come out and get rid of these pests. They told me it would cost $367.47 and instructed me to empty all of my kitchen cabinets which I did. The exterminator came out on August 19, and told me to take the cat and stay out of the house for four hours while he sprayed. After the exterminator left, my son went in found that the man had only sprayed two of the cabinets. My wife and I came back and put the stuff back in the cabinets. We could not detect any fewer roaches or fleas. We called Williams Pest Control and complained. They said it would require another $50 for a follow-up treatment. On September the exterminator came out and sprayed. I still have the fleas and the roaches and am out $417.
