Review: I applied for a loan in January of 2013 online and an application fee of $19.00 was deducted from my account on January 16, 2013. A recorded message said someone would contact me regarding the status of my loan application. It has been six months and I have not heard nor been able to get in contact with anyone from the company about the loan application. The phone number listed only provides a recorded message and no one ever returns the calls. To check the status of the loan, [redacted], is invalid and a dead end. The recorded message from phone number [redacted]" states to email [redacted] to check status of application or to press 1. When you press 1 the message states as follows: "Dear Applicant,Thank you for applying with Williams Online CreditWhile we endeavor to review all applications within 24 hours, it is impossible to respond to status requests directly given the quick turn-around time of our process. All applicants will receive by email either an approval notice which will include direct contact information for your assigned Account Manager, or a declined notice detailing the reason(s) for denial. Thank you in advance for your patience and for giving us at Williams Online Credit the opportunity to assist you with your short-term financial needs.I have received no emails or returned phone calls nor any live contact with a human being in regards to approval or denial of my loan application. I also wrote them a letter and sent it to them and still have not heard anything from them. I want my $19.00 returned to my account because I received no services after paying the application fee.Desired Settlement: I want my application fee of $19.00 returned for services that I did not receive.
