Yes I have a couple questionsThe bank is the reason we were deniedI was told by the salesperson at Clayton homes that all I needed was a supplement incomeMy father had a home with the bank and it got repoed, they wouldn't lend to himIt was being lended to me, they took my credit score and everythingIt was all through meSo I don't understand why they sold the home from under meI had the deposit down, and they sold the home on a sale, even though I still hade the deposit down

Clayton Homes is disappointed that we could not put Mr. [redacted] into a new home.  We only sell homes, we are not the lender.  Mr. [redacted] requested our assistance in obtaining financing for him in obtaining a new home.  After submitting Mr. [redacted] to a lender for financing, it was determined...

that Mr. [redacted] needed a co-signer.  Mr. [redacted]'s father then completed an application for the lender as a co-signer and it was determined by the lender that Mr. [redacted]'s father was not a qualified co-signer for the lender requirements.  At that point Mr. [redacted] requested his deposit back of which a check request was issued to refund his deposit. This deposit has been refunded to Mr. [redacted]  Again, we are not the lender, we only sell the home.  We are disappointed that we could not assist Mr. [redacted] in the purchase of this home.
