Please explain to the customer, we have flagged her account to be removed from any INTERNALLY prepared mailing lists. But we, as many companies do nowadays, often utilize services offered by the US Postal system (some times known as "Every Door Direct") or or other distribution services - and...
in these instances it is not within our control to say who the material is distributed to, we simply drop off the printed materials to a distribution center for processing.
