Faulty installation of carpet. Multiple requests to merchant for correction with no response. merchant. Merchant still owes one bound piece.On September 21, 2015 we contracted for purchase and installation of 816 s.f. of Masland carpet from Williams. The carpet was manufactured to our order and installed in our home on October 19, 2015. The carpet was expensive and required careful pattern match and seam construction, neither of which were done correctly. As a result, the seams are pronounced. The carpet is now puckered near the seams. Williams came by once to attempt to trim the seams with no success. Williams agreed to come back again but has not. We have contacted them once in person and twice by email requesting resolution. We contacted Masland for advice and they said to work it out with the merchant. We have also written a letter of dis-satisfaction to Williams and a copy to Masland. There has been no response from either party. In addition, Williams agreed to bind sections of leftover carpet. One large piece has never been returned. Another was done incorrectly and ruined.
