I was billed $150 for NO SERVICE- since 2 different trucks came, I paid $50 of $150 billed, the driver said "4 more customers in *** - no problem".
My septic system backed up on 08/24/2019 - so I called EVERY pumping service that I could (at least 7+!)... They all claimed to be booked until NEXT week! Around 4PM the first truck came - Great! --- then at 4:05PM a truck from Wms Pumping Service also pulled up! Neither company had told me that they would service me on that day - I SHOULD HAVE BEEN CALLED, so as to know that indeed I would get service. The driver of the 2nd truck (Wms Bay) said that it was "no problem, he had FOUR more customers needing pumping in ***." All the same I got a bill for $150.00 from WmsBay! - I called them on the phone and argued for 10-15 minutes that the charge was excessive since they had 4 other customers to service in the *** area - they hung up the phone on me. I paid $50 as that is fair. They continue to bill me for the past due and threaten to take me to court. It is absurd for pay $150 for NOTHING at all! They seem to me to be used to taking advantage of septic system users> no phone call that they're coming and no reasonable dialogue on the phone.
Admit that they over-charged me and leave me alone.

Customer called with an emergency request for service. The customer was told that we could service him and would send a technician to service that same day.Due to his immediate need, we had a technician at his home within an hour. When our technician arrived there was another company on site servicing his system. Customer did not call to cancel his request and was billed the standard trip charge due to the no call for cancelation.
Customer called to contest the standard charge and only paid $50 of the $150 charge. Customer was sent a past due notice informing that the balance would now necessitate to collections. If the customer would be willing to pay an additional $50 dollars ($100 total) our company will consider this matter closed.
