Review: Williams and Fogg Heating and Air Company installed a new heating/cooling unit in my home in March of 2015. I paid $3300.00 for the installation as advertised from their TV commericals. On Tuesday, October 20, 2015 (evening) my nephew put a bad in my attic, this is when he noticed that the square installed box [redacted] to the unit had separated from the unit. He stated that he had noticed that the bathroom was the only hot room in the house. It didn't really notice because of the late hours I work. I went up to the attic to see for myself and what he said was true. I called a gentlemen by the name of [redacted] who was one of the installers, because he stated to call him anytime if I have problems. He answered and I share with him what had happened. He stated "I bet [redacted] didn't do it right". He suggested that I call the company to make an appointment for someone to come out. The next morning, Wednesday, October 21, 2015 I called the company and they stated that they would send someone to my home at 1:00pm, I left work to go home by 1:00 pm by 2:00 pm no one showed up. I called they lady on the phone said that she would try to get someone. About 30 mins later she called to say that "[redacted]" would be there shortly. [redacted] called about another 30 mins later and stated that he could come but it would be only a "Patch Job" and that he would prefer not to come but to wait on the guys who knew what to do to come the next day. (So no one came) I then called Williams and Fogg back to let them know what "[redacted]" said. Once again I was given another appointment for Thursday, October 22, 2015 at 10:00 am (Mind you, I have had no heat for 2- nights and the temperature was between 40 and 45 degrees.) While I took more time off from my job to be home, at 11:00 am no one showed up, I called the company again, they stated that the people was on their way. 34 minutes later they call back to say that they could not come until 2:30 to 3:00. At that point I was truly disturbed with this company. Please help!Desired Settlement: As stated my heating system had been running for 3 to 4 days. I would like for them to pay for the heating bill. ([redacted]). Time lost from work. (2 hours on October 21, 2015 and 5 hours on October 22, 2015.
