I have been BEYOND frustrated with what I've experienced with Bill K***.What started as an addition to my home in October 2014...is still not completed now...ITS MARCH ,2016....It seemed early on that the most important thing to KONAR was collecting the $...An example of this was digging footers for the new entrance...this was one of the listed items for a "draw" to be paid...SO the footers were dug mid NovemberTHE FOOTERS WERE POORED IN MARCH...This is one of many many things that were beyond professional....And as it turns out now...after setting down with KONAR in August....after going over final dollar amounts..and after being told it would be DONE IN SeptemberIT IS STILL NOT COMPLETE..AND HE WANTS EVEN MORE MONEY...TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Review: Konar Construction put our roof on in the spring of 2012 and has since had many leaks. [redacted] came back one time to try and replace the flashing around the chimney and has still been leaking ever since. I've also called [redacted] about two other leaks, one around the skylight and another in my closet which above it is where two roofs meet. There's also a few shingles that need replaced due to them having holes in them from their equipment (roof jacks)being on there. I kept in contact with [redacted] throughout 2012 and going into the winter of 2013 and at that point he informed me that it was too cold to be replacing shingles and fixing leaks and he would come out in the spring when it warms up. I called [redacted] multiple times in the spring and once I did get ahold of him he said he would take care of it, I'm still waiting. I've been trying to get ahold of [redacted] since the spring and he will now not even return my calls or come out to fix what he said he would. So, now I've paid $11,779 for a new roof and it leaks more now than the old one. I just want what I paid for, a new roof that doesn't leak. I also paid for aluminum soffit and vinyl was installed and it states aluminum on our contract. Like I said, I just want things fixed. Thank You!Desired Settlement: I want my roof fixed so it doesn't leak.
