Review: My wife and I live in an apartment building downtown where Tri State Valet is the only option for parking our cars. In a little over a year, they have damaged our two cars five separate times. The last time that I was waiting to be reimbursed, the local manager falsely accused us of failing to pay our monthly fee and implied that this failure was the reason they had not processed the reimbursement. Local management is often not present; when the manager is there, he is not helpful and often rude. My current problem is that after numerous questions and phone calls, I am still waiting to be reimbursed for the most recent damage. All documentation was submitted on 11/13/2013. I have followed up with local management, but they seem unwilling or unable to escalate the issue to company management and process my claim.Desired Settlement: I would like Tri State Valet to process and pay my claim of $613.05 for damage done to my car.
