William Little Construction

Review: In 2008, William Little installed new windows in our house. He charged us for the following work that he did not do and for the materials that he did not use to do it: 1) "Apply expanding foam between window and existing framing to insulate" and 2) "Strip back existing roofing on inset 2nd floor windows and remove metal drip edge. Wrap with Vycor membrane 5"x 7" aluminum flashing. Install new F-8 white drp edge. Install 15 lbs. felt paper to strip roof area and shingle roof with 30 year GAF Weathered Wood architectural roof shingles."He lied many times about this while installing the windows. Once a roofer discovered the problem a few years later, Mr. Little avoided our multiple attempts at communication and, finally, refused to redress or compensate us. We had to pay someone else to do the work described in Part 2, and the work described in Part 1 has still not been done.Desired Settlement: A roofer who fixed problem 2 for us estimated that William Little did not perform $5040 worth of the work promised. In addition, we have lost heating and air-conditioning over the years due to his omissions. Finally, he lied multiple times and, once we discovered the matter, avoided our communications and behaved in a nasty manner. We believe he owes us $10,000.
