Will never hire againEstimated 5-days for shower reno, took days over the course of weeks"scheduling problems", times didn't have the tile they needed, neglected to schedule the subcontractor to come out for the door, and the final slap in the face was when we came back from vacation to find that they used a different color tile on the trim that clashes with what's already there (with no explanation as to why they didn't consult us, or at least notify us before the big shocker when we got home)Been complaining to them weekly about the communication problems during this job, and they refused to make it rightThey insist that "this never happens" and how sorry they are, but guess who's paying full price? Maybe they're better with leaks and such, I don't know, but they certainly don't care about my family or their customers' experienceExtremely stressful
