First I did not have nor ever had a "Better Business plaque" in my office.? I am done trying to deal with this person's complaint, because it is obvious to me, no matter what I write, the complainantmisinterprets what I am trying to communicate in my response.? I believe the complainant owes the amount stated in the deposit letterThe complainant believes I have over charged for the neededcosts to restore the apartment to a clean and rentable premise.?
