We hired Gotelli Plumbing based upon good reviews, which included the Co. called back to jobs to fix small problems they might have caused. We had them install a bathroom faucet and now 6 months later the faucet is leaking. I called Gotelli and the stand offish reply I received was: Since I supplied the faucet they will charge me a service call fee, not stand by their work, it is not their problem, and if I want to have them come out I need to call back, make an appointment and pay a fee for something they caused. This is not a reputable Co. and they need to stand by their work, not jerk people around with fees that are not appropriate. If this Co. does not stand by it's workmanship, they should not be dealing with the public.

I tried Gotelli after seeing their ads on TV for Marin County. *** came out to my place to check and ultimately replace a garbage disposal and dishwasher drainage hookup in my condo in October 2017. I then had him come out and replace various parts of a tub shower, i.e. faucet, showerhead, etc. in one of my dad's bathrooms and fix a toilet as well. He is coming back to do a bathroom sink faucet as well. He is a nice guy and does professional work and Gotelli will give you a discount on each successive job if you post a review.

I had a cracked drainpipe under my house's foundation. The pipe itself ran through a slab of concrete. One plumber quoted me a job to break up the concrete and replace the pipe - very complicated. *** from Gotelli came over, cleared and assessed the drain, and found a solution to divert the pipe above the slab and rejoin the drain further down the run. I appreciated his professionalism, I appreciated the fact that he sought the best solution, I appreciated the fact that Gotelli brought over another crew that same day to fix the drainpipe properly. My experience of this company is that they take pride in their work and they work efficiently. I knew up front and from other quotes that the job was going to be costly - but Gotelli saved me the cost and trouble of having to repour a slab, and I had the peace of mind that I got my problem addressed correctly. He arrived promptly and flew through the numerous tasks I needed done, such as installation of kitchen faucet, drain, and dishwasher, new toilet, vanity faucets and shower valve.
