William Elek, Ltd.

Elek Plumbing charged an 84 year old woman $440 to install a faucet. They did all the right things by telling her the price before they started the work but taking advantage of an elderly person is absurd. I will never use Elek Plumbing nor will I ever recommend their service to anyone.

The definition of professionalism.
This was probably the best experience I've ever had with a service related transaction. From my initial contact with the company, to the dispatch of the service technician, each person was well spoken, polite, knowledgeable and professional. I was kept informed as to the time the technician would arrive and informed of the work that need to be done and how much it would cost. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The technician at my request, did more work than was originally requested and was eager to make sure I was satisfied with the work he did before he left. Needless to say, I was extremely satisfied, and will not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone I can.
