[redacted] did not prepare our taxes and someone who is not a CPA did.   We asked for a thorough review by [redacted] as his people have made mistakes two years in a row.  We pay to have our taxs filed by a CPA which mr [redacted] and his company did not do this year.  We have proof [redacted] cpa made mistakes in 15 and 16 and he wouldn't review 17 but stood by his workers.   It had nothing to do with 1 line item but an overall review of everything.  He illegally wouldn't return ours w-2s without paying a fee.  Never had to do that before and that's not posted anywhere.  I gave proof to [redacted] that we paid to have our 17 taxes filed elsewhere.

I prepared a complete and accurate 2017 State & Federal tax return for Mr. [redacted]. Upon his review of my work he seemed to be confused as to how dependent care benefits are taxed. His wife and I reached an agreement that if the returns I had prepared were incorrect, I would refund my 100.00...

prepparation fee, but only after I had the opportunity to review their returns ( prepared elsewhere) to see what errors I had committed ! My original offer still stands. I await the copies of the returns so that I may return them.
