I am rejecting this response because:
I read the merchant's response to our complaint. They STILL take no responsibility and flat out lied regarding the missing lace. I have been told that all the business had to do to keep a good rating is to compose a response...

- whether that response is accurate or not. I am hoping that isn't the case because this owner needs to step up and accept responsibility for the mistakes made on this dress. To say I am disappointed is a huge understatement.

She was horribly rude and we knocked ourselves out to help her.  She came in with an attitude saying she was not paying, so we did refund some of her money for the bus cups.  She accused us of putting boning (wire) in the front of the dress, which was already in there.  It needed to...

be taken up a little bit more in the shoulders and she threw a fit, saying she would not be coming back.  We had another customer with her 3-4 year old daughter who politely asked her to watch her language, and she did not.  She said she would not be leaving until she got all of her f-ing money back, and would not take the dress off when we asked.  She would not listen to anything we had to say and just kept cussing.
