Willard Plumbing was hired by our city to install a pump to convert our house from septic to sewer. The workers were very messy and the only precaution they took to protect our property was to cover some carpeted stairs with a tarp. By the time they were done, the unfinished basement floor was a mess, the finished part of tha basement was covered in dust, there was mud smeared on our furnace, our furniture, and even on jackets we had hanging in our hall. There were muddy footprints on our rugs, mud splattered on our interior and exterior doors, and our driveway was left caked in dirt. One of the owners claimed he would hire a cleaning company to take make it right, but that has not happened. I would not recommend this company.
