The customer came in and approved repairs for his vehicle, once the vehicle was finished he could not pay for them and we never agreed to payments with the customer. The repairs totaled $5,307.89. He has not paid one penny on any of the repairs. We came to an agreement that
he would sign his vehicle over to us and out of the kindness of my husband’s heart decided to sign over a Ford Expedition to the customer. The customer has had this vehicle since March. We have since made other repairs to the vehicle that is legally ours. Total repairs amount to $14,We would consider you getting your truck back if the following conditions are met: If you return the Ford Expedition in the state is was in when you received it, plus pay for all the repairs that have been done to the vehicle that you signed over to us that is legally ours

On 4/1/2015, the customer came in for a wheel bearing and alignment.  When she arrived, the auto was spraying water from the heater hose.  We then gave her a price to replace the wheel bearing (hub assembly) the alignment and replace the heater hose. The work was all done the customer...

paid the ticket and then notice that it was only one hub bearing.  We also added a gallon of coolant.There was only one bad hub bearing, we normally do not change a part that is not bad and the price given was for the only bad part. Not real sure where the misunderstanding came from.Thank YouD [redacted]
