Wilkerson Home Improvements

I hired *** Wilkerson to construct a deck at my property in ***, MD. I paid *** Wilkerson a $1,900 deposit for the project in July of 2019. *** Wilkerson postponed the start of the job due to excessive summer heat, then an illness. He offered a full refund of the deposit since he was unable physically to start the job.

I have texted *** Wilkerson and his wife, emailed and called. I have left many messages to work to a solution with him. I have received no response at all.
