They have been trimming the trees on the road for PG&E. They dropped a branch on my brand new mail box that I had installed just a few weeks ago They actually they left quite a mess on my property that I had to pay someone to clean up but I was planning a burn pile anyhow so we took care of that. I spoke to Ricardo and he told me he would replace the mail box. After some time of waiting for him to get back to me I called again. He said that now a supervisor would have to come out so see it first. Then after waiting again I called again and they said no this was not our fault. I had already cleaned up their mess but I do have photos of the mailbox and the debris. I check the mail daily and the smashed mailbox definitely happened on the day they we reworking AND there was no wind at all that week. They have never returned any call. I have to call over and over to have anyone talk with me. Its a 65.00 mail box and I have to pay to have some install it so its not so much the money as it is the lack of responsiveness. I've been on the Next Door app and there are hundreds of complaints of property damage by these guys.
