Goodyear location is all about the sales pitch and offering services way to early like 40,000 miles early. Pathetic and very dishonest. Husbands go in with your wife if doubtful just Google what they r saying. Will not be returning.

I have reviewed the response made by the...
business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.A representative from this business contacted me directly on 5/12/2014 with the following solution. They have agreed to reimburse me the labor cost of $400.00 and will be sending the reimbursement check to home address.

They were very friendly, but showed poor quality of work and high prices. I paid $970.00 to have a gasket on my transmission pan replaced, a shift cable replaced, and my parking brake fixed. After having my vehicle for a day they called me and said it was done, but when I went to pick it up the parking brake still didn't work. After they kept it a few more hours and finally fixed it I picked up the vehicle. The next day I drove to another state and come to find out my vehicle doesn't shift to all the gears like it should because they did not install the shift cable correctly. I am very disappointed with the quality of work. I would have expected them to make sure the components that they replaced work before giving it back to the customer. It frustrates me to know that I wasted money and didn't even get a proper repair. I would not recommend other people to this shop.
So far this place treats me very well, Thank you!
Review: Requested from Wilhelm automotive to replace an O2 sensor in my 2003 Audi A4, sensor location BANK 1 SENSOR 1. Discovered that the O2 sensor that was replaced was actually BANK 2 SENSOR 1. This repair shop did not perform the repair I asked and mistaking replaced the wrong component.Desired Settlement: Due to the mistake of replacing the incorrect O2 sensor in my car I am requesting the labor charge for this repair be credited back to me. I should not have to pay for a repair that was not done correctly. I will pay for the O2 sensor that was replaced and currently installed in my vehicle.
