They came out to fix their alarm system and then charged me $95 to do so after months of apparently no alarm coverage. The field rep that would come out was very lazy and was always in a hurry to leave and would always say that he didn't think his company could do something versus exploring the possibility when I asked him a question. The system they provide is not very up to date and not as technologically advanced as the system I replaced theirs with. Overall the company, their service and product was a joke and waste of money. DO NOT give them your business or money. Plus, they make you sign a 3 year contract which they trick you into signing by not even mentioning that it is a 3 year contract which is unheard of by other alarm companies.Desired SettlementThey are trying to charge me $700 to pay for another 2 years in the contract. Would like that forgiven.
