This issue. There is a natural gas leak under the home and the water heater's vent piping is incorrect which will cause carbon monoxide to enter the home. The mold, gas leak and carbon monoxide issue are all major health concerns and *** refuses to address the issue or refund deposit and rent. *** was contacted on several occasions to resolve the issue.

I am a tenant in which Wiley Home center does rent homes and is yet to resolve the issue
Ms. rented a home from wiley rentals llc. Ms. refused the mini fridge that we left for her to use while replacing her fridge, left it outdoors in weather. The gas company was at her home on 11/08 with no issues reported. Ms. also refused to let workers in to a
s any issues. Ms. also refused rent back or another home choice. Ms. father contacted my company making a compromise to move her out.

The gas company did notate issues as per documentation that was sent over. Ms*** never agreed to replace the fridge or have it repaired. The workers were not refused but asked to reschedule as I could not live in the home with a gas leak and I was not in the residents.ms.wiley never offered deposit back for home.
