Review: On Dec. 8, 2013, we were contacted by [redacted] with Wildwood Timeshares saying he would like to buy our [redacted], AZ, timeshare. As we have been trying to sell this timeshare we considered this an authentic offer. After talking to [redacted] on the phone, and receiving an email contract (Offer to Purchase) from Wildwood Timeshares, we followed [redacted]'s directions. He had told us we needed to wire $199.00 to [redacted] in [redacted], FL, which we did via [redacted] from [redacted], IN, where we were visiting at the time, on Dec.13, 2013. Then, according to [redacted], we would receive a copy of the paper contract 2 weeks later, and the promised sale price of $22,700 from [redacted] on or about Jan. 22, 2014. On Dec. 18, 2013, we were contacted by [redacted] saying he needed another $70.00 to cover fees to the state of AZ. We were quite skeptical, but did wire, via [redacted] from [redacted], the requested $77.00 on Dec. 23, 2013, again to [redacted] in [redacted], FL.. From that point on we have not been able to contact Wildwood Timeshares nor [redacted] via email or phone. [redacted]'s email address is: [redacted]. His phone was ###-###-####.Desired Settlement: We were told we would be receiving $22,700 per the Offer to Purchase contract. That is what we are expecting!

Review: I was contacted by a person named [redacted] who emailed me with an offer to sell my timeshare to a perspective buyer. He emailed me a signed purchaser's agreement. I then sent a western union in the amount of $ 199.00 on 12/26/13 to cover the costs for title search & taxes supposedly. I haven't heard from the company since then.I am assuming I have been scammed at this point.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for services never provided.

Review: [redacted],emailed me about selling my timeshare.I have called the number and her explain he had a buyer for my timeshare.He explained he works for a business called wildwood timeshare.He has emailed me a form with the purchase amount and all detailes.I had to pay for closing costs ,which he said to send by [redacted],amounts are 99.23,99.77.So this was sent,he called me to let me know he had a tracking number now for [redacted] to deliver a contract by jan 14,2014.I was called sunday the 13th of jan to send another 30 dollars because the title search should have been 129 not 99.23.I sent this [redacted] again.I have called him today the 14th and no one answers and phone numbers seem not to be working.Desired Settlement: I am looking for my refund of 99.23,99.77 and 30.00
