Vehicle was purchased 2 months ago, still have a "we owe" that needs to be resolved. I have contacted the dealer multiple times and have never been called back or contacted

I purchased a 2011 Mustang GT from this dealership. I purchased it "as is." Twenty minutes from his store, I got gas, and it started making noise. I took it to a mechanic and found that it was four quarts low of oil, with rod and upper noise. When I called the dealership to make them aware of this, the owner said that I should have checked the oil myself before purchasing the car.
