Wildwood Flooring

I had flooring in weeks ago they did a good job but didn't match the threshold &!when I called to order a new one they said a week a week later I called back they gave me the run around & said its ordered a few days later we called to check on it & they hung up on us times , so my father in law went there & two guys started screaming @ him & told him to leave thier store so customer service is herendous & I wouldn't recommend to anyone to go to them have that exsperiance I don't know who they think are but they need to check themselves so beware they're awful

Had a terrible customer experience here. When I walked in the store about 30 samples were laying all over the store, no customers. When I asked the owners son why they were all over, he said "I just haven't gotten around to picking them up yet" Well his laziness continued when we were asking him to locate a specific tile we wanted installed. He said he would e-mail the company and we should hear back from him in about 3 days. 3 days in this day and age?? Ridiculous. When I called him on day four he said he never heard back from his email, when I asked why he didn't follow up with a phone call he said that I , meaning me, could "go somewhere else for my tile"! WOW WHAT A LAZY A&&! Hope his daddy isn't planning on leaving this business to his son. The son will run this business into the ground!
