Review: I called WCS and ordered a "Bird Gard Super Pro PA4 Bird Control Unit" and spoke with [redacted] The price for the unit advertised on their website was $352.95 which includes one speaker. I opted for another additional speaker which was advertised for $74.95 making the total purchase $427.90. [redacted]took my credit card information and email address and sent me an acknowldgement email. She stated I should recieve my product in the mail before the weekend.Appx. two hours later, she called me back and stated that the Unit did not come with a speaker and I would have to pay for another one. I told her to look at the advertisement and it states "One speaker included with the unit". I paid $74.95 for an additional unit, so I should reciever two speakers. She then admitted that the price for the Bird control unit was wrongly advertised on the site. I stated that we went over the pricing two or three times and I expect to recieve what I had purchased and I am sorry that they posted the wrong price, but the business tansaction was over and payment was made in good faith and I expect my purchase to be delivered.I immediatley went back to the website and made two copies of the page with the unit on it advertised for $352.95 with the description that states that the unit comes with one speaker and any additional speakers would be $74.95. Within 10 minutes after me making the copy of what was advertised, they changed the price of the unit to $429.95 on the website.I talked to the manager and he would not honor my purchase "as advertised" and caneled it. I entered into a business transaction with this company and expect to recieve what was agreed upon as advertised and paid for with my credit card information.I feel that this product was "falsley advertised" if they do not honor it.Desired Settlement: I demand the delivery of what was purchased per the advertised price on the website and agreed upon when ordered from [redacted]
