Wildflower Apartment Homes

I have lived at the Wildflower Apartments for 2 years now. In 2 years I have had over 14 maintenance issues, most of them having to do with no hot water. Currently we have gone 4 days with no hot water. Earlier this month we went three days in one stretch and atleast 2 other days. This is a continuous problem. I was told the boiler system had been replaced in November, but apparently it was only 2 of the boilers. Our rent has been raised over $600 the past two years, $400 of that being this year, yet we can't even have amenities which are necessary. I asked today when we should expect to have hot water, and they can't give us an ETA, just that they have a part on order.
