We’ve been ordering boxes from Wildcat for almost 10 years. The boxes are very high quality and are shipped quickly. We love that they are manufactured here in the USA yet the prices remain competitive. That plus incredible customer service make Wildcat my “go to” for product boxes.

I returned an unsused/unopened product within the 30 day allotment for a refund. I ordered the wrong size item and wanted to do an exchange. I emailed the company about my issue and was told I could return the item. After mailing back the product, I've not received my refund. I have emailed Wildcat numerous times and have not received a reply.
I refund was issued to the customer for the products returned. The amount of the refund was $33.75. Below is our return policy as stated on our website...

If for any reason you're not satisfied, simply return the items for a refund. Here are our guidelines:
You must return full cases of product in its original packaging. You must return the original paperwork that came with your order. Returned products must be unused and resalable. Returned products must be received within 30 days of your original order ship date. Custom printed items cannot be returned. Freight charges are not refundable. If you don't comply with the above guidelines, then we won't issue you a credit.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I ordered from this company over 1 month ago. Never received any info on when it would be shipped. Sent e mail messages to them, but never got a return answer. Called and you get a recording. They say leave your number and we will call back. I did and no one ever called me. Today , I cancelled my order and told them of their bad business practices and that I better not see that they have charged my credit card. These people should be put out of business if they are not going to accommodate their customers . I would give them a 0 review- a negative 10 if I could. I am so frustrated- I ordered from another company several days ago, and order is to arrive today. I just wasted 1 month waiting on the wildcat order.
