Let me add one more component to the negative YELP reviews...

I can't call it 'racism', but after seeing the 'now renting' sign, my brown bf and I (black) went in. My bf smiled, extended his hand to introduce himself, and the owner declined shaking his hand. The owner said, "I am a foreigner, I don't shake hands", and then said he could sanitize his hands, then offered sanitizer to my bf as well. The owner then said, "It's also how you catch diseases."

At that point, we didn't even want to deal with someone like that, so we politely said, no thank you, (to the sanitizer) and left.

I went back in to make sure he was indeed the one who was renting the spaces next door (before I wrote a review on the wrong place) and he said that he is. But quickly noted, "Sorry, I'm all full."

I said have a good day, please be well, don't get sick... then I walked out while looking at the "FOR RENT" sign. Hm. Must have just rented his last unit? Right.

We sat in the car for no more than 3 minutes to look up the business online, and the owner came out and took a picture of my license plate and car.

This is a true account of my experience, and based on this and the above reviews, I am going to just sum it up as a miserable individual who is stuck in his ways, and has his own personal challenges and issues, and I will let you be the judge.
