To whom it May Concern, MsV*** entered into Bridal Reflections on January **, and purchased the gown of her dreams. Because she purchased a couture gown with changes Regular delivery of the gown is anywhere from 4-months. On March **, MsV*** received a
call from the Headpiece stylist inviting her to attend a trunk show to view veils. At that time MsV*** inquired about the delivery status of her gown, and proceeded to say that her wedding date was moved from September **, to September *, 2016. She was now going to have a destination wedding and was planning on leaving August **, 2016. MsV*** was upset when she was told that the gown was due in in August. Because she was nervous we called the designer and at an additional cost to us of $we absorbed the rush fee to get her gown in the salon by July *,2016. This leaves her ample enough time to have all alterations completed at a leisurely pace. On April **, MsV*** called the salon and left a voicemail inquiring about cancelling her gown. We attempted to unsuccessfully contact her to let her know that the dress is a special order and as it states on the contract she signed she cannot cancel her gown. She was also assured that the gown would be in on time. MsV*** spoke with the General Manager of the salon on May *, and admitted to purchasing a different gown elsewhereClearly MsV*** has had a change of heart and selected a different style to wear. We have serviced her and cannot be held accountable for her change of mind. I have signed contracts stating clearly the store policy.
