I did not receive emails or a letter requesting a refund or cancellation of his account I would have canceled his contract if I had and he never would have filed a complaint I sent him an email informing him that I will cancel his enrollment in our classes and any obligation he may

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that the staff members for OTA failedto inform Mr. [redacted] of my desire to cancel my enrollment. I sent 2 emails to Mr. [redacted] for my cancellation and left a letter of my desire to cancel withthe OTA receptionist. Obviously they did not do their jobs. In addition, I told Mr. [redacted] in my email that I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com if this issue was notresolved by close of business on Nov. 21, 2016. So, it's obvious that the staff members of OTA did not take me serious. I consider this issue resolved. However, if I receive a bill for my enrollment I will file a lawsuit.Regards,
