Wild River Adventures

My family and I went rafting with Wild River Adventures last year and it was one of the most spectacular vacations we've ever had! The customer service was excellent and the rafting excursion was unforgettable!!! The guides made sure that we were safe and that our family was well taken care of the entire time. I highly recommend this rafting company; I know that we'll be back next year! Also, they offer guided fishing so I'll definitely be taking my sons on that trip next year as well.

Review: My daughter & I completed a rafting trip on August 13, 2014. We were offered the opportunity to purchase pictures at the completion of the trip. We were shown the pictures available and advised that one picture would cost $17. We selected the picture we wanted and paid the $17. A week later, we received a picture by mail and discovered it was not the picture we ordered. I called the company on August 20 and the representative identified the picture we had originally selected and promised to have it delivered to us by mail. On Sunday, August 24, I received a call from another representative of the company who advised me that I could order the picture I had originally selected but would have to pay additional $17.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the picture we selected and paid for.
