I have been a member of this gym for many years, investing my time to turn professional. I've reached the age that It's time to make the transition so I've been preparing but the trouble began when one day as I was entered the gym there was some filming going on in the training camp. Not being warned I entered thinking this might be an opportunity to participate in the gym as a member. Yet when I went to meet the trainer *** his wife *** stepped forward and said I couldn't be in the shot. I never got to ask *** because as I continued to wave for his attention his wife told me to leave the gym and I said no, I want to at least start my practice and leave after. His wife *** then said I was being kicked out of the gym for good. I was shocked and started to record with my cell.
I didn't know what to do. I was so hurt, this was my goal to turn pro here. I was being teased and scorned on my way out by staff and members who were also trying to be in the video. I got upset and started to speak against what the gym staff had to say. I recorded everything. Then after a few days I needed to speak to the gym about coming back so I arrived finding *** as he was leaving and as I walked over to speak to him he began to get disrespectful with me and offended me and threatened me. I kept my ground and again recorded everything. The words he used were threats to incriminate me, saying he would tell police I was harassing him. And also to insult me calling me names.
Product_Or_Service: Monthly membership and trainer
Other (requires explanation) I personally think the business should be more professional and if they record/filming in a public setting there shouldn't be anyone feeling as if they were not welcomed into their gym or getting kicked out. If it was a series recording it should have been done somewhere else. I want to be reinstated so shouldn't have been kicked out for no reason.. I warned them I would file a grievance to come back to the gym. I also recorded the conversation of that. Let me come back and try reaching my goal

Here is the trainer that was assigned to help me in my transition into the pro boxing world. One of many payments I gave him to prepare me for competition. This has been a long process with a lot of hardships. I want to have resolved and to do this as my job. I've invested my entire life to work in this industry. Everything is connected and *** was my connection to be apart of *** camp and after I became a member of his training camp I spent many hours training and preparing well to become a professional. I again want to be reinstated and turn pro. Being ostracized because of *** personal health issues that make it harder for him to be empathetic and respecting the clients that are dedicated like he is. This photo screenshot of a payment to the trainer from Wild Card promised to turn me into a professional and getting a debut. Give me my debut and reinstate me as a settlement is all I expect. Otherwise I think this is a legal matter for an attorney. I was treated unfair and discriminated
