On February 6, 2014 I purchased a bird feeder from Wild Birds Forever. I paid for it via my paypal account. The money was deducted from my personal checking account February 7, 2014. To this day I have not received the bird feeder. I have tried to call the company to see what is going on but I keep getting a recording saying that the person I wish to speak with is not available and when I tried to leave a message I was told that there was no voicemail account set up. I feel as though I have really been taken for a ride. I don't know what recourse I have.
